Complete and correct
Bought for a 2015 A5 8T. The chain has proper hardened links rather than the soft pins on cheap copies. I booked it in with a specialist rather than risk an interference engine on the driveway. Result is the top-end rattle on cold start has completely gone. No complaints at all.

Correct kit, no surprises
My Q5 8R needed this doing at 112k miles. Torqued the tensioner to spec and rotated it twice by hand before starting. The date stamp was recent, which matters for rubber that has been sitting on a shelf. Result is timing has held perfectly through 12,000 miles since fitting.

Everything lined up
Fitted to my 2012 A4 B8.5. Everything in the box matched the parts diagram with nothing missing. I did the water pump and rollers at the same time since the front was already off. Result is no more chain slap on start-up, which was what prompted the job. Exactly what I needed.
