Rattle on start-up gone

Second one of these I have bought, this time for the Q5 8R. The chain has proper hardened links rather than the soft pins on cheap copies. I booked it in with a specialist rather than risk an interference engine on the driveway. Result is the engine is noticeably quieter at idle than it has been for a year.

Quiet engine again

Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2021 A5 F5 before ordering. Torqued the tensioner to spec and rotated it twice by hand before starting. Everything in the box matched the parts diagram with nothing missing. Result is the top-end rattle on cold start has completely gone.

Missing a tensioner bolt

Bought for a 2010 Q7 4L. One of the tensioner bolts was missing from the kit and held the job up a day. Would not order the same one again.
