Better core than the original
Ordered this for my A6 C8 after the original gave up at 86k. The end tanks are properly crimped with clean seams all the way round. The transmission cooler lines threaded straight in with no adapters. Result is no more creeping temperature when towing. Will be back for the other side.

Fins bent in transit (Q7 4L)
Fitted to my 2012 Q7 4L. Several fins arrived flattened because the box had almost no internal padding. I bled it through the proper procedure and it has held level ever since. Expected better given the cost.

Ordered this for my S4 B8 after the original gave up at 74k. Several fins arrived flattened because the box had almost no internal padding. Disappointing for the price.

Perfect fit, no modification
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the Q8 4M. I flushed the system properly and refilled with the correct G13 before bleeding. The end tanks are properly crimped with clean seams all the way round. Result is the gauge sits dead centre now even in traffic on a hot day.

Solved my overheating
Bought for a 2013 Q5 8R. The transmission cooler lines threaded straight in with no adapters. The core is thicker than the unit it replaced and the fin density is noticeably higher. Result is no more creeping temperature when towing. Happy to recommend it.
