Saved a fortune on the repair
Ordered this for my Q7 4M after the original gave up at 131k. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. It clipped into the factory mounting points without drilling anything. Result is the panel gaps are even down both sides and you cannot tell it was repaired.

Lined up first time
Replacement for my 2020 Q8 4M 2.5 TFSI. I lined it up against the door shut and the gap fell straight in. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams. Exactly what I needed.

Good panel, treat the tabs gently
Fitted to my 2014 Q5 8R. I prepped and painted it in the car colour and it went on in a morning. One of the mounting tabs sheared as soon as it was put under any tension. That said, the finished repair cost a fraction of a dealer panel. Good part, minor niggles.

Fits well, arrived slightly marked (Q7 4M)
Ordered this for my Q7 4M after the original gave up at 151k. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. It arrived with a crease along one edge because the packaging was inadequate. That said, the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection. Good part, minor niggles.

On balance the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.
