Mostly good, one dead segment
My TT 8S needed this doing at 47k miles. It took about twenty minutes with the boot trim folded back. One of the LED segments failed within a few weeks of fitting. That said, from a few paces back you cannot tell which side was replaced. Would still buy it again.

Bought for a 2020 A4 B9. The gasket is a proper moulded seal rather than a strip of foam. The locating pegs dropped into the body holes first time. Result is from a few paces back you cannot tell which side was replaced.

Sealed properly
Went on my A6 C6 2.0 TFSI at 54k miles. The locating pegs dropped into the body holes first time. The gasket is a proper moulded seal rather than a strip of foam. Result is the car threw no bulb-out warning on the dash. Exactly what I needed.

Good fit, colour is off
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the A6 C7. The locating pegs dropped into the body holes first time. The lens reads very slightly darker than the original on the other side in bright sun. That said, from a few paces back you cannot tell which side was replaced. Good part, minor niggles.

Good match, fiddly to seat
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2013 A4 B8.5 before ordering. The locating pegs dropped into the body holes first time. The red of the lens matches the untouched side exactly under daylight. On balance no moisture inside after months of use. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.

Gasket let water in
Fitted to my 2014 A1 8X. The supplied gasket was too thin and let a little water into the housing. Two nuts behind the trim panel and the whole unit came away. Expected better given the cost.
