Bodyshop was impressed
My Q5 FY needed this doing at 138k miles. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. I lined it up against the door shut and the gap fell straight in. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams.

Fits well, arrived slightly marked
Bought for a 2010 TT 8J. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. The steel gauge feels the same as the original panel we cut out. On balance the panel gaps are even down both sides and you cannot tell it was repaired. Worth buying, just go in with your eyes open.

Lined up first time
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2012 A5 8T before ordering. It clipped into the factory mounting points without drilling anything. It came properly primed rather than in bare metal that would flash rust. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams. Will be back for the other side.

Panel gaps came out perfect
Fitted to my 2010 Q5 8R. The swage lines and body contours follow the original exactly. I lined it up against the door shut and the gap fell straight in. Result is it has been on a year now with no sign of corrosion at the seams.

Right part, allow for prep time
Second one of these I have bought, this time for the Q7 4M. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. All the mounting tabs and clip locations are present and in the right place. On balance the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.

Good panel, needed minor adjustment
Went on my TT 8S 2.0 TFSI at 136k miles. The bodyshop test-fitted it before paint and needed almost no adjustment. It came properly primed rather than in bare metal that would flash rust. On balance the paint match came out perfectly with no ripple in the reflection. Fine for the money, with that one caveat.
