Rear Brake Disc – 9J1 615 601
Rear brake disc, OE number 9J1 615 601. Component group 615601 identifies this as a rear disc. Revision index base. Sold individually — order two per axle. Porsche dealers list these numbers directly. Decide whether they belong in an Audi catalogue.

Noisy for the first week
Replacement for my 2016 A7 4G 2.0 TDI. An independent specialist fitted them and commented on how clean the castings were. They never fully stopped squealing no matter how carefully I bedded them. That said, no squeal at all, even cold on a damp morning. Would still buy it again.

Straight, true and quiet
Ordered this for my A5 8T after the original gave up at 152k. Carrier bolts came off without a fight and the new discs dropped straight on. The vane casting is noticeably tidier than the budget set I pulled off. Result is no vibration through the pedal even on a long downhill run.

Exactly the right spec
My A3 8P needed this doing at 44k miles. Weight and vane count match the originals exactly. The hub face cleaned up first, then these went on with no shimming needed. Result is stopping distance feels shorter and the pedal is firm rather than spongy. Exactly what I needed.

No more steering shudder
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2008 RS4 B7 before ordering. The vane casting is noticeably tidier than the budget set I pulled off. The hub face cleaned up first, then these went on with no shimming needed. Result is eight months and several thousand miles later they are still dead smooth. Good value against the dealer price.

Good discs, awkward delivery
Cross-referenced the OE number against my 2016 A6 C7 before ordering. An independent specialist fitted them and commented on how clean the castings were. Weight and vane count match the originals exactly. On balance no squeal at all, even cold on a damp morning. Would still buy it again.
